Since 2006, The Cypress Grille has been the table where this town celebrates. Now, refreshed and reopened in The 1849 Building — named for the year Boerne’s founders first settled this valley — we’re bringing back everything you loved, with a wood-fired grill, a deeper wine cellar, and the same hand-made kitchen.
